From March 3 to 4, 2025, the Gate Charity team partnered with Mai Anh School for the Hearing Impaired in Lam Dong Province, Vietnam, to organize an art class. This initiative brought warmth and creativity to 150 special needs children.
Founded in 2006, the school initially focused on children with hearing impairments. In 2010, it was renamed the “Special Needs Class” to expand its services, offering support to a broader range of children with special needs, with a particular emphasis on autistic children. As one of the 14 social welfare institutions in Lam Dong Province, the school provides professional education to help children integrate into society and build a brighter future.
During the event, Gate Charity volunteers embarked on an artistic journey with the children. The activities included carefully prepared painting tools and colorful clay, allowing the children to freely express their creativity and imagination. Through engaging teaching methods, they were encouraged to depict their inner worlds using their favorite colors. Additionally, each child received a special gift from Gate Charity, filled with hopeful wishes for the future.
Beyond fostering self-expression, the event also helped enhance the children’s social confidence through interactive experiences. Gate Charity aims to use art as a bridge to inspire their enthusiasm and support their integration into society.
As a global nonprofit charitable organization, Gate Charity operates in over 130 countries and regions, benefiting more than 150,000 individuals. Committed to broad and inclusive support, Gate Charity delivers love and kindness with transparency and efficiency, bringing together goodwill to create meaningful change worldwide.
