Gate Charity Host Lunar New Year Event: Dragon Dance Welcomes Spring, Warming Hearts Together

After the Lunar New Year in 2024, on February 26th, we hosted a charity event with a focus on caring for vulnerable groups under the theme “Dragon Dance Welcomes Spring, Warming Hearts Together.” The aim was to bring warmth and love to those in need. Together, we created a warm and unforgettable moment. Let’s review this extraordinary event together.

The event, themed “Dragon Dance Welcomes Spring, Warming Hearts Together,” aimed to deliver warmth and care to vulnerable groups through various caring activities, hoping to attract more attention from society and encourage collective engagement in supporting vulnerable communities.

On that day, Gate Charity volunteers collaborated with partner organizations in artistic creation, centering around the theme “Dragon Dance,” completing exquisite works of art together. During the event, we not only gifted presents and donated supplies but also shared a rich meal, providing tangible care and warmth to the vulnerable groups.

We invited artist Yashow CHANG to collaborate on theme-based artworks, and these pieces, along with works created by participants on the day of the event, will be minted into NFTs for charity funding. The proceeds from the auction will be entirely used to give back to our partner organizations, providing more support and assistance to vulnerable communities.
