i've been looking into the business practices of @MigrateFun today and a lot of it is concerning/confusing

firstly, there is no option for coins launched on bonk to 'migrate' to pump fun, only from pump to bonk - it seems like a very one sided situation which quite frankly makes no sense considering the fees that communities/creators could be earning from pumpswap

but the most confusing of all is that this isn't a migration at all and it is done in a very shady way. coins are not migrating LPs, this is a relaunch.

@MigrateFun collects all community tokens into a vault & then once the 'team' gives them the go ahead, they nuke all the supply and use all of that SOL for a relaunch. holders are then airdropped the equivalent of their holdings in the new coin

but the worst thing about this 'migration' is that only the holders that have 'donated' their tokens to the vault/@MigrateFun will get the airdrop of tokens for the new coin, all the other holders that may not even be aware that they have to send tokens as they aren't active on CT/telegram or may disagree with the 'migration' are getting hard rugged and not sent ANY tokens for the new coin

they are incentivizing teams by giving them 50% of the rugged tokens SOL when 100% of the proceeds from migration should be going to the chart/community.

if a team wants to 'migrate' from bonk to pump or vice versa who cares, but launchpads should be offering grants instead of supporting companies that are essentially hard rugging the community.

i look forward to hear what @MigrateFun has to say and also for transparency would like to know how much SOL they are pocketing from these 'migrations' if they are able to offer the 'team' 50% of the proceeds
