We always make excuses to avoid escape, that unclicked instructional video, that professional book collecting dust on the shelf, even the phone numbers in the contact list that have yet to be dialed. The brain weaves various reasonable excuses: the current state is not good, let's talk about it when there is time, maybe it can't be learned at all. But the truth often emerges ten minutes after starting; it turns out the hardest part is the moment of clicking start, just like pushing open a seemingly heavy stone door. Only when you really exert force do you realize it's a lightweight imitation made of wood. Every intimidating new field, when broken down, is just a few digestible pieces of knowledge. Every seemingly complex skill can be summarized in a few sticky notes.

@campnetworkeco What hinders us is never the difficulty of things, but the glorification of preparing to start it. When you actually sit down and face the problem, 90% of the fear will dissipate in focused breathing. Remember, everything you avoid is pressing on you with the weight of imagination, and everything you confront will ultimately become handy tools in your mental toolbox.
