Chromia launches a 250,000 CHR incentive testing program to sprint for the Mainnet release.
Chromia launches incentive testing program to prepare for Mainnet release
Chromia, as an innovative Layer-1 relational blockchain platform, is making final preparations for its Mainnet launch. The platform utilizes a modular framework, providing dedicated dApp chains, customized fee structures, and enhanced digital asset services for users and developers. Chromia's standout feature is its support for natively queryable real-time data indexing, which fundamentally changes the way on-chain information is organized, greatly simplifying the end-user experience and paving the way for new Web3 business models.
Chromia's horizontal scalability allows it to handle parallel tasks, making it particularly suitable for supporting high-performance gaming dApps. Taking its representative work "My Neighbour Alice" on the platform as an example, this immersive experience game allows players to build virtual land, interact with neighbors, complete daily activities, and earn rewards. It can be said that Chromia's modular framework and relational blockchain technology are expected to fundamentally change the way decentralized applications are developed and used.
Recently, Chromia announced the official launch of its incentive testing program, which is a key step before the Mainnet release. Participants can earn rewards by contributing to network security, while also being able to interact with the official Chromia wallet using testnet CHR tokens on networks supported by Chromia.
The incentive scale of this plan reaches up to 250,000 CHR tokens, consisting of three independent sub-projects, each operating on a dedicated network running the Chromia Mainnet candidate version. The specific projects are as follows:
HackNet (as of June 28): Designed for programmers and advanced users, it provides the opportunity to discover extreme situations on the sandbox network and view the Chromia code repository. The maximum reward is 100,000 CHR. The project aims to stress test Chromia's core software and detect edge cases. HackNet will end on June 28, coinciding with the completion of the third-party audit, to provide a basis for determining the Mainnet launch timeline.
ProjectNet (as of July 26): The Demo Dapp competition for developers offers a total prize of 50,000 CHR to the top three submitters. This project encourages developers to learn Rell and build applications on the Chromia blockchain. Participants can submit original works or adapt existing applications. Winners will be selected by a six-member panel from the Chromia team.
QuestNet (June 18 to August 30): Aimed at encouraging community members to explore Chromia and dApp-related features, facilitating interaction with core network functionalities such as Chromia Vault and specific decentralized applications. The prize pool consists of 100,000 CHR tokens, which will be distributed through a series of lotteries after the program ends. Participants should complete all available tasks and stay updated on the latest developments to maximize their chances of winning.
Chromia's series of incentive testing programs not only prepares well for the Mainnet launch but also provides community members with valuable opportunities to deeply engage with and shape the future of the Chromia ecosystem. Through these diverse testing projects, Chromia showcases its technical strength while also uniting community power, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming Mainnet release.
