[Coin World] Strategy Inc today announced that its legal name has been changed from MicroStrategy Incorporated to "Strategy Inc," effective August 11, 2025. The securities listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market will continue to trade under their stock codes: MSTR (Class A common stock), STRK (8.00% Series A perpetual preferred stock), STRF (10.00% Series A perpetual preferred stock), STRD (10.00% Series A perpetual preferred stock), and STRC (variable interest rate Series A perpetual preferred stock). The CUSIP numbers also remain unchanged. The name change will not affect the company's corporate structure.
