Today I watched both the movie Nanjing Photo Studio and Dongji Island in one go.

The Nanjing Photo Studio is tearful throughout, very hopeless. The film neither beautifies nor vilifies; it simply narrates, records, and serves as a warning...
Dongji Island gives a feeling of wanting to be passionate but also has a somewhat cliché chaotic vibe, where every time I feel like crying, the plot pulls me back.
Both movies made me feel uncomfortable. I recall that just a few days ago, there were wars everywhere, while domestically we are in a food delivery war. Damn, I really want to cry. It's not easy to joke about this; the peaceful days we have now were bought with the blood and tears of our ancestors. History must not be forgotten; we, the children of China, must strive for self-improvement.
