In my opinion, the governance model of a DAO is indeed much fairer than that of traditional organizations, where issues like power concentration, opaque operations, or funds being used non-transparently can easily occur, as seen in owner associations. In a DAO, these situations are basically impossible because all the rules are written on-chain, visible to everyone, and cannot be arbitrarily changed. Each proposal requires a member vote to be approved before it can be automatically executed. This not only makes the entire process more transparent but also makes me feel that the voices of participants can truly be valued. In contrast, this mechanism is more likely to stimulate the cohesion and trust within the community. Especially when everyone is clear about the rules and knows their decisions will directly impact the outcomes, the sense of participation is even stronger.

I personally think this is also the most charming aspect of DAO; it is not just a technological innovation, but a completely new way of collaboration that allows people from different backgrounds to work together equally to promote project development.
